Rental Equipment Return Policy
This Rental Equipment Return Policy (the "Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for the return of rented equipment from ZetwalDecor. By entering into a rental agreement with ZetwalDecor, the customer agrees to abide by the following guidelines:
1. Rental Period: The rental period begins on the agreed-upon start date and concludes on the agreed-upon end date specified in the rental agreement.
2. Early Returns: No refunds or discounts will be provided for early returns or unused portions of the rental period.
3. Late Returns: A late fee will be applied for equipment returned after the agreed-upon end date. The late fee amount will be specified in the rental agreement.
4. Equipment Condition: The customer is responsible for returning all rented equipment in the same condition as received. The customer will be held financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment during the rental period.
5. Cleaning and Maintenance: The customer must return the equipment in a clean and well-maintained condition. Cleaning fees may apply if the equipment is returned excessively dirty or requires additional maintenance.
6. Inspection: A representative from ZetwalDecor will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned equipment to assess its condition and identify any damages or missing items.
7. Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of rental to cover potential damages or late fees. The deposit will be refunded within 2 days after the return of the equipment, minus any applicable fees.
8. Refund Policy: Refunds will not be issued for any part of the rental fee once the equipment has been picked up or delivered.
9. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 1 Week or less before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental fee.
10. Terms of Agreement: By signing the rental agreement, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Rental Equipment Return Policy.
